What is your minimum order quantity?

Our current minimum order is 10 pieces per color. Share your style, color and size breakdown so we can confirm the order requirements.

How long does sampling take?

Sample development takes approximately one week. Confirm the design, material requirements and sample schedule with our team.

What is the bulk production lead time?

Bulk production takes 20–30 days. Confirm the project schedule and approval milestones with us. International transit time is additional and depends on the destination and shipping method.

What is the difference between OEM and ODM?

OEM development starts with your design or technical specifications. For ODM projects, we discuss your references and collection direction and define the specifications together. The development scope is agreed before sampling.

What do you need to prepare a quotation?

Please send a design or reference image, preferred material, size range, quantity per color, delivery destination and target date. Add any specific labeling, packaging, testing or inspection requirements.

Can materials, colors and branding be customized?

Tell us your yarn preference, color references and branding requirements. We will discuss suitable options and confirm feasibility, costs and specifications for your project.

How do I send a tech pack?
